Quotes & pricing

Quotes are based on the information available at the time of our consultation and site visit. Significant changes to scope or materials, or unforeseen subfloor conditions, may affect the final price, which we will always discuss with you first.

Bookings & deposits

Confirmed work may require a deposit to secure dates and order materials. Specific payment terms will be set out in your individual quote or agreement.

Workmanship

We carry out our work to a high standard. Any concerns about completed work should be raised with us promptly so we can put things right.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. The full terms applicable to your project will be confirmed in writing.
